Our 90-Day Repair Guarantee

At Projector Repair London, we pride ourselves on delivering industry-leading repair services. To give you complete confidence in our work, all standard component-level repairs are covered by our comprehensive 90-Day Repair Warranty, commencing from the date the projector is returned to you.

1. What is Covered?

  • Parts and Labour: The specific fault we repaired and the exact parts we replaced are fully guaranteed.
  • Return Shipping: If a warranty claim is validated, we will cover the collection and return shipping costs within London.

2. What is NOT Covered? (Exclusions)

Our warranty is strictly limited to the work carried out. The following scenarios will void your warranty or fall outside our coverage:

  • Unrelated Faults: If a completely different component fails after our repair (e.g., we fixed the power supply, but the DMD chip subsequently fails).
  • Physical & Liquid Damage: Any damage caused by dropping the unit, poor mounting, or liquid ingress after the unit has been returned.
  • Third-Party Tampering: If the warranty seals are broken, or if another technician (or the user) attempts to open or repair the unit.
  • Environmental Damage: Damage caused by improper ventilation, extreme temperatures, or heavily dusty environments (e.g., outdoor use without enclosures).

3. Consumables & Lamp Warranty

Projector lamps, bulbs, and standard air filters are considered consumable items. Replacement lamps fitted by us are covered by a separate 30-Day Manufacturer Defect Warranty, unless otherwise specified on your invoice. Premature lamp failure due to projector overheating (caused by blocked filters not maintained by the user) is not covered.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience a recurrence of the fault we repaired within the 90-day period, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team immediately on 0333 006 5608 or email us.
  2. Provide your original invoice number and a description of the recurring issue.
  3. Do not attempt to open the projector or fix the issue yourself.
  4. We will arrange a priority collection to bring the unit back to our workshop for assessment.

5. Refund Policy & Diagnostic Fees

The initial diagnostic/evaluation fee is strictly non-refundable, as it covers the technician's time and courier costs.

No refunds are provided after a repair has been completed. If an item should fail after repair within the 90-day warranty period, we are only legally obliged to recollect the unit and rectify the fault. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once a repair has been authorized and completed.
